Coach Evan here! My goal of this blog is to provide runners at all levels with valuable information to help you enjoy running. There is a world of information out about what to do, what not to do, what the best type of running form or shoe is, etc, etc. Hopefully what I can do is to help you provide information that makes sense of it all and not get overwhelmed with all that you may have heard or seen.
